Why do we not provide Cash on Delivery?
Did You Know? A massive 37% off all COD orders in India are not accepted by the customer and returned back to the warehouse. A tiny brand like us cannot afford to bear costs like cash handling, reverse shipping, repacking, damage in transit etc. It results in an incredible 45% additional cost to provide cash on delivery. Which would mean we would have to raise the prices of your favourite accessories by 13% to provide you with cash on delivery option. Returns also result in a carbon footprint as the product is returned to our warehouses.
