Shopxoxo.in does NOT offer any returns, refunds or replacement on our products unless in the event and case of damage due to logistics (unpacking and unboxing video is mandatory!).
All our shipments are fully insured and the customer can claim free complete replacement of the damaged products within 3 days of delivery of the damaged items. Please note it is mandatory to produce an unpacking and unboxing video to claim damage insurance from our shipping partner.
All our products are quality checked right before shipping.
In an event, the customer receives the product in a damaged condition, the customer must immediately inform our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the shipment.
Why do we not provide these services?
Because a tiny brand like us cannot afford to bear costs like reverse shipping, repacking, damage in transit etc. It results in an incredible 30% additional cost to provide these services. Which would mean we would have to raise the price of your favourite accessory by 30% to provide you with services like returns and exchange. Returns and Exchanges also result in an increased carbon footprint as the product is returned to our warehouses.
How do I know which size is right for me?
We encourage you to double check your sizes with us before purchasing and our team will be happy to help you with finding the perfect fit for you. Please feel free to send us a DM on Instagram or WhatsApp us on +919321673468, and our stylist shall guide you with sizing and fitting. We click our own pictures and we DONT use any filters! So you never have to worry about how the product will look when you have it in your hands, it will look exactly the same as it looks in the pictures!
Still want to exchange the product?
We offer exchange service for an additional fee of Rs 250/- per item. Provided the product is returned to us in pristine condition! Write an email to us on email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of products to raise a reverse logistic ticket. Once the user creates the reverse pickup ticket, the user will receive the return warehouse address. The user must then proceed to ship the items to our warehouse in a secure manner ensuring safety of the product in a secure packaging. The user must ship the product at their own cost. ShopXOXO.in, shall share with the user, videos of unboxing of the product at our warehouse
Kindly get in touch with us at +919321673468 to raise a ticket if you have received a damaged product within 3 days of receipt of the damaged product. In an event where it is found that a product was damaged during shipping, Shopxoxo.in shall replace the same upon receipt of the original product from the customer. Shopxoxo.in reserves the right to dismiss any claim in an event of failed Quality Check when the products are returned to the Shopxoxo.in warehouse. In an event where the replacement product is not available, Shopxoxo.in shall provide the customer with store credit equivalent to the billed amount of the returned goods. The same can be used by the customer to purchase any other product listed on Shopxoxo.in. If you’ve received a product that has been damaged during shipping, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. By placing an order on http://www.shopxoxo.in the customer agrees to and reserves the right to reject delivery of items where the external packaging is damaged and/or tampered with.
